We are taking this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation of the excellent service, rendered by your company.  It is our pleasure to maintain this relationship in future too.

We would like to bring your attention that one of our Car Toyota Yaris,Plate # H 14620 which belongs to your Vehicle Maintenance Contract from 12/07/2010 got Accident on 23/12/2010.And later the Vehicle has been declared as total lose by the Iran Insurance Company. We had already paid the Contract amount to you as shown below. So in this regard, we are requesting you to refund the balance of the service contract amount at the earliest
